It's sunny in Scotland.
We've arrived in sunny Glasgow today for the penultimate stop on our GeoDATA 2010 roadshow.
Hosted by the Training4GIS training and events team; we're joined today by a selection of leading GI figures to address some of the key challenges facing the geographic industry.
Open Data: Changing the way we work
We're hoping to spread the word about Open Data; what it means to you, why it's great for your organisation and how you can take just a few small steps to get started.
Richard Rombouts, will be presenting at both Glasgow and Belfast and he'll also demonstrate the benefits of using Open Standards to unlock data, such as INSPIRE.
Plus, we'll be giving away a free software tool for anyone that attends our seminar to get you started with Open Data and INSPIRE.
Come and join us in Belfast
GeoDATA 2010 seminars are free to attend and there are still a few places available at next week's Belfast event. And as it's the last date for the 2010 tour you can be sure it will be a great event.
